At Modi Traders, we deal in industrial machinery, woodworking machines, and related equipment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Once a product is sold, delivered, or dispatched, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Change of mind
Incorrect selection by the customer
Compatibility issues
Installation or usage-related concerns
No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed and payment is made.
Payments made to Modi Traders are non-refundable, whether partial or full.
Order cancellations after confirmation are not eligible for a refund.
Modi Traders acts strictly as a dealer/trader.
Any manufacturing defect or performance issue must be addressed directly with the manufacturer under the applicable warranty terms.
We do not provide refunds or returns for manufacturing defects.
Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
Any visible transit damage must be reported immediately to the delivery partner.
Modi Traders is not responsible for damages caused during transportation once dispatched.
